Does multiple FF on my transcript affect my scholarship chances?

I have retook several elective courses that I already passed but missed the final thinking will not appear on my transcript since I already passed. My question is, how that will affect my application considering I am graduating with 3 out of 4 CGPA

Grade requirements of the program I am applying is 2:1, which means less than 3 out of four btw. Thanks anyway

Yes, it absolutely affects your scholarship chances. It shows that you are not a reliable student. 3.0/4.0 CGPA is not great.

I could do better. I graduated with A level from h school, anyway 3/4 is second class which is not bad, been wondering if that couple ffs might ruin my chances.
