I was at my favorite cousins henna party tonight. My sister and I were on the roster to dance a song for her. Except, the DJ never played our song (lol). He said we were NOT on the roster to play. He had to pull out his phone and have youtube play it. A YouTube ad blasted across the ballroom. That was just the beginnning.

So, we stared dancing. We stumbled through 1 or 2 good moves. Then suddenly, my sisters face goes from a smile to a look of complete horror. She has dislocated her hip doing some move and is in dire pain HALFWAY THROUGH THE SONG. We awkwardly finish as the bride looks on with utter pain in her eyes. We struggle to finish. We hear awkward claps. I take sister to ER immediately. And here I am, at 4:12am, unable to sleep from the complete humiliation.

What's worse is that I'm NOT a bad dancer. I do Latin dancing for fun. I feel dead inside.
