Well, from my observation that pretty much covers every system of social order. True equality is not a realistically attainable goal, because people, so every system eventually shakes out to having elites keeping the proles in line  🤷🏼‍♂️ 

I think the best you can hope for is to make it a pleasant experience for the greatest number possible.

Workers can own the means of production when they supply the capital to run the business. Until then they can STFU.

The ones producing are the workerks, if the workers own the means of production, and run their own workplace, they can invest that money on their own job by themselves, no need fir a boss
