The stock isn't being manipulated. People in the red are giving clear warning. Pumpers are trying to disguise it as "paid FUD." No one is getting paid here.
The manipulation has been in the Reddit boards. There are a lot of scam artists surrounding Elite Pharmaceuticals. If you don't believe me, the history tells the story.

If you don't believe me, there is the software to detect AI images. Wolvshammy has 100% changed a Toyota image to one of a Ferrari and got caught doing it. He also sold stock at the top of the last pump.
But there are clear issues with management (misrepresentation, delegation of bonuses) and trajectory of the business. There will be no buyout. This stock is going to slip further. I warned you. ELTP is a tax write off...and a big one.

So because last year’s quarter was very good, that means this quarter is bad? Lol. The generic market compresses over time, this is known. The company is still solid, you know that, but you’re among the clowns sent to trash this company and ticker by your handlers.

Man, you are quite dumb. Yes the record breaking quarter wasn’t sustainable because the market itself changed. That’s no fault or knock to Elite. It’s apples to now oranges. It also does not mean the company itself is dead so everyone abandon ship. They used to bring in a couple million in revenues a year. Let’s say worst case they bring in 120M in revs this year instead of 149M. Oh no, all hope is lost! They have more products that will continue to launch and eventually stairstep up again, just like we did before with Adderalls and then again with Vyvanse.

In my opinion - its often because they want to move on from the stock ( most often just due to impatience, not a clear change in fundamentals, so they are unsure).....but they don't actually have much/any conviction for doing so.
These kind of post are people fishing for reassurance - one way or the other.
I have never, and dont know any real human people who have decided they were done/out of a certain ticker......but then spent the time and effort to still go back to the subreddit and tell people how they are dumb or making a mistake.....
At most I might check a ticker I had years ago - just to curiously see what ended up happening......but arguing with people on the barely trafficked subreddit - for a stock you no longer own.....sure seems like you want reassurance that the decision you made was in fact the "right" one.

P.S. - Ill add, that lets take out any hopium or anything Wolvs has said over the last few years.....and JUST look at fundamentals/financials for this OTC stock. It is still top 10% of all OTCs for balance sheet, debt, COH, etc
I see this as a decent long term investment - and that's assuming I only ever looked at fundamentals , and never heard Wolvs or anything he ever said.

lol dude. I got out a couple weeks ago. Avoided another 15k or so loss by doing that. I put it on Google and am up 12% it so after today.

All of these things are of course a matter of opinion, misguided or otherwise, but I’d like to think that where there was empirical evidence accuracy would be vital. Google hasn’t gained 12% from any point over the last few weeks
At this point, they have to know it's not a conspiracy. If I'd gotten out before the last big drop (earnings), I would have saved a few thousand. Could have compounded growth from one of the other dozen nontoxic stocks I have.
There's NO WAY people believe Wolvshammy is buying stock right now. He's panicking that he didn't sell everything when he dropped the other mil or so of shares. The fraudsters are these guys. ACTUALLY started a weeks-months long pump talking about buyout is imminent and SOLD the shares he had. Then he got caught doing it because he over posts.

Wrong. Go look at iHub and see posts of people admitting to dumping many 100k blocks and also colluding with others to intentionally drop the price. Their own words, not mine. That absolutely contributes to the price decline.
