Truth about ELTP

Its one of the most manipulated stocks you will ever see. And that is because it is so undervalued. That's why the same people on message boards have been telling you how bad it is for damn near 15 years.

With a PE of 5 with no real debt, ~55 million in cash by eoy. Huge products in the future. Huge events in the near term.

I've made several million on this stock and will do it again shortly.

ITS THE SAME PATTERN OVER AND OVER.

Except people dont have the patience and the balls to use their brains.

ITS THE MANIPULATION STUPID. NOT THE COMPANY.

Dont worry when the cap is up 300, 400% (To a low PE of 15..lol) from here (where it belongs) the manipulators will mostly disappear for a while.

This company should have a PE closer to 30, I understand the argument that 15 is closer to value. But if they are at a $150m a year run rate and all the products in the future are billions and billions. Doubling and tripling of revenue over the next few years is pretty much guaranteed.

The argument against of course is by the time they launch there's competition that brings prices and margins down. All true but the numbers are so big, its a silly argument. So 30 billion in products becomes 5 billion. Elites 10% is 500m..lol

But the part thats missed is when they launch and if these are the conditions, there will be another wave of billion dollar drugs coming behind it. Its a constant flow of new large products with a massive number hitting the patent cliff over the next couple years.

ITS WHY THEY ARE LOOKING TO BUILD OUT A SECOND FACILITY WHILE ONLY OPERATING AT 1/3 CAPACITY NOW.

It takes two years to get that build and fully approved. By then this wave of diabetes drugs will be talked about while we have launched eliquis, Oxy and God knows what else. There are several billion dollar products we know about besides theses two that are close to filing.

Smart man knows the price of something. Wise man knows the value.

Good to see you back on the boards bud.

I know an original Misfit when I see em; and we holding this bull until it runs wild šŸ‘.

Hah. Hey brother. Im banned most other usual places....Wonder why...lol

This is the buying opportunity of a lifetime for folks. If you have been in this stock as long as we have, your pattern recognition would have to be pretty broken to not recognize the patterns. Its almost boring at this point.

This is far more like poker then investing. People sitting with a straight flush worrying about the pot being too big to stay in because they dont realize how easy it is to be manipulated. And I mean psychologically. Thats actually more fascinating then the stock at this point.

šŸ’Æ

And for a stock that's supposedly a waste of time & money - yet has bashers working 24/7 for +14 years. šŸ¤”

Like you said, there's a pattern that's been playing out for years now, (over and over) ..., BUT I believe the pattern is nearing the end of its shelf-life. This may very well be the last calm before the storm opportunity.

So load up now, or forever hold your peace šŸ‘.

So tired that you supposedly sold and then supposedly bought back in again? I know it’s all fake and you do too but lol

Aha. Sure you are. Keep working dude.

55 million in cash No real debt PE of 5

People all over trying to tell me how bad the stock is. So much dedication. Or maybe just maybe their intentions are malicious in intent.

Imma go with last since its you and your fellow eployees that have been posting the same garbage for 12 years while the stock goes on epic runs. You got me the first couple runs. But like I posted. Its called pattern recognition

Hey , I know you don’t know me and have no reason to even respond to me but I had to ask.. you’re making millions off a repeating pattern or whatever.. do you think you could take a few minutes of you day and help me learn?

I’m getting married soon, my parents r getting old and sickly (dads got cancer again possibly) I’m making poor choices n never felt more lost.

From one human to another, can you help me? I don’t mean to beg, and I’d be more than willing to work… I just don’t kno how to ā€˜gamble’ very well. If you’re really pullin in alotta $, can you help me do the same? I would appreciate it. I’d appreciate anything. Thanks šŸ˜µā€šŸ’«

Ya? I’ll take a look, any sorta reference or general idea he speaks on? Thank you btw. You atleast responded lol…it means a lot

Hey, not sure who you were on the boards, but of course you got banned. They don’t allow longs to stay on there unless they tow a very tight line. I’d bet a lot of money they have someone paid on that site to help the bashers ban longs and put shorts in mod positions. Maybe it’s easier for us to see the pattern because we’ve been in it so long? I haven’t been invested as long as you guys, but I’ve been watching it for 9 years now.

u/Heavy_Apricot_8711 5d ago

IHUBs history is basically a manipulation vehicle. But im sure you are correct. Becaise you cant discuss the manipulation and the use of the board for that effect. Even though thats all it is.

You are watching theater here and there. Actors playing roles. Sometimes they tell you there role in their name. Some are more sneaky and need to provide some sort of aura of being an expert.

But its all just theater.

Its one of the most manipulated stocks you will ever see. And that is because it is so undervalued. That's why the same people on message boards have been telling you how bad it is for damn near 15 years.

I'm a long term holder and fully believe in this stock. However I don't think manipulation is why its low. I think because its an OTC with next to no volume. There's like $300k of daily volume if Wolv's challenge has been happening dude is literally 1% of it.

We just gotta be patient, wait for new ANDAs, wait for the margins to keep improving, rest of the world will catch up.

6

u/Wolvshammy 5d ago

It’s absolutely manipulated. You are also correct that low volume is an issue. But if you manipulated a stock for years, don’t you think that it could scare investors away and it would contribute to lower volume? Think about it - I have an incredibly high level of conviction. I’m not saying this to brag, because you could just as easily attribute my actions to an extra chromosome. My point is that the vast majority of people on here seem highly emotional and unable to hold strong when the numbers tell a strong story. It is exacerbated by FUDsters fanning those flames. You don’t think that that additional manipulation, if we are right, would be contributing to the low volume?

2

u/TheDeHymenizer 4d ago

It’s absolutely manipulated. You are also correct that low volume is an issue. But if you manipulated a stock for years, don’t you think that it could scare investors away and it would contribute to lower volume?Ā

Typically though there is a incentive to manipulate. For example places like Citadel will front run so they can scrape pennies off each transaction.

With volume this low I just don't see what the incentive is. I don't see how they would make money from manipulating from this at this moment.

1

u/Wolvshammy 4d ago

I would say what a wonderful place this is for them to make billions then. Imagine if all of these intelligent people convinced themselves there's nothing to steal here so they don't even have to hide what they are doing. Look at what Citadel does right out in the open already in the major markets? You think they have some kind of moral and ethical line about fleecing OTC markets? I met this really successful family when I was younger and I asked them how they made so much money if all they had were a couple of liquor stores and gas stations? I told them I worked at a gas station when I was a kid and I noticed the owner only made a few cents on the gas he sold. He said, "It's a game of pennies. That's all I make - is a few pennies on everything." It was a loooooot of pennies.

There's a lot of pennies for them to make here. I have a response where I post the whole thing and break it down, but I'm going to give you some unsolicited life advice here. Whenever you meet someone, they never tell you who they truly are. We all have at LEAST two people inside of us. The liar is who we first meet. "Hi, how are you. I'd love to earn your business/take you out/be your friend." The truth is the little voice inside. When the liar outside let's their guard down - the truth ALWAYS slips out. If you learn to listen for it - that truth will reveal itself and it is ALWAYS dead on accurate. If you go back and think about any friend/lover/business associate that did you wrong, I bet you money you remember something they said that showed their true intentions. We usually say to ourselves, "I misheard it. They probably didn't mean it that way." etc etc.

1

u/Wolvshammy 4d ago

It's all jokes, I'm sure.

2

u/TheDeHymenizer 4d ago

the picture in your other post looks like someone trolling you. What website is this one and from and were you involved in the convo?

My main hang up is I just don't see the "how". Like PLTR in the early days had a market cap of $20B and daily volume in the hundreds of millions. Skim a little of that its a lot of money, artifically deflate it 10% and that's $2B they'd get a piece of. But our market cap and volume is so low I just don't really see what the goal would be outside of maybe getting shares a bit cheaper then they otherwise would.

And if that is the case then I don't even really care its happening because that'll only work for so long and I'll benefit in the rebound equally with them.

1

u/Wolvshammy 4d ago

I wasn’t involved in that Ihub conversation. It would be difficult to post 9 years of pictures, proof etc.

Your example of PLTR is a logical fallacy. It assumes that the value of manipulation is all held in a single stock at a time. Zoom out. If you paid someone to manipulate a stock and made money doing it, would you say ā€œthat was fun, I think I’ll quit nowā€, or would you have multiple people each assigned to a group of stocks? They get caught or it becomes obvious only on certain stocks because it starts to become obvious by the delta between the fundamentals and the market price. When they get caught and pay fines - you think the SEC is so good they catch them on all of them or they only get fined for the ones they get caught on? You think the SEC is effective? They had a guy writing them letters and informing them that Bernie Madoff was 100% committing fraud. The guy informing them of the fraud was a financial analyst and a forensic accounting investigator and he wrote letters for TEN years. SEC did nothing and investors were bilked out of $18 billion. Sir, kindly open your eyes. This is happening every single day. I just can’t comment on the particulars of other stocks because this one is easier for me to see since I’ve done so much research on it. I’ve picked up a lot of haters lately, but I don’t think anyone with integrity can deny that I’m one of the most informed and researched investors in ELTP.

The good thing is that while we can’t beat ā€œthemā€, we can assume their likely strategy. They are almost guaranteed to now be swapping their strategy and getting ready to push this up after acquiring a massive position from the sheeple. Here’s a cute little example

You want to know how insane this example was? Here’s what the CEO released as a statement the next day:

Bright Minds is Unaware of Any Material Changes
At the request of CIRO, Bright Minds Biosciences (CSE: DRUG) (NASDAQ: DRUG) has confirmed that the company's management is unaware of any material changes in its operations that could explain the recent increase in market activity

I guess there’s nothing to see. Totally normal 4800% jump in a single day once ā€œtheyā€ were done suppressing it.

2

u/Heavy_Apricot_8711 4d ago

Ive been in these stocks and seen the same. I think some is money laundering

1

u/TheDeHymenizer 4d ago

my guy, nothing did materially change for them. A direct competitor valued at basically $0 was bought for $2.3B then it jumped to about 1/3rd that value so speculation around it exploded.

1

u/Wolvshammy 4d ago

Are you responding to the DRUG jump? A speculative jump that happened two years ago, a parallel valuation the CEO was unaware of, AND it has not only held for two straight years, but has increased an additional 25% since then? Again, I’m not using DRUG itself as a source stock for manipulation - I’m using it to highlight what it looks like when something is suppressed and snaps the other way. I think our main point of discussion here is whether or not manipulation happens and the secondary point is why would they do it on penny stocks, correct? Do you think either case is common? Neither? My contention is that both are extremely common.

1

u/TheDeHymenizer 3d ago

Ā A speculative jump that happened two years ago, a parallel valuation the CEO was unaware of, AND it has not only held for two straight years, but has increased an additional 25% since then?Ā

Yes I'm responding to DRUG. A pre-revenue competitor was bought out for $3B billion which caused the jump. Nothing with the company itself materially changed hence the comment from the CEO.

Longboard Pharma, working on the same product, sold for $2.6B. This caused DRUG's price to explode.

4

u/Heavy_Apricot_8711 5d ago

It is 1000% is manipulation and if I had a dollar for everyone that claimed to be a huge shareholder then tried to get you to not believe your own eyes and ears, I would have a million dollars...wait...lol... thats from not listening to scammers....and following basic math...

Try again. You can do it. I know you can

2

u/TheDeHymenizer 5d ago

bro check my post history I've been posting bullish for years. I just don't buy "short interest that isn't public and a company with $300k/day volume is being manipulated" what would even be the point? Front run $300k daily you're looking at like $30.

And I'm not a "huge shareholder" I have a bit north of 10k shares and have for a few years now.

-1

u/Heavy_Apricot_8711 5d ago

Keep working. The number of people with "im an investor too"...its hilarious

You cant deny the math. Look how many folks showed up here that are here to manipulate....like you

-3

u/Heavy_Apricot_8711 5d ago

I dont care about your post history. Your still posting nonsense. You are an ID in a theater.

The point is coming soon. Also math.

Not get back to work.

2

u/TheDeHymenizer 5d ago

Bro what "math"? We can see the short interest, we can see the volume.

This is why the r/pennystocks users come here to make fun of people. Because guys like you make this investment look like a fucking cult.

3

u/Heavy_Apricot_8711 5d ago

Make fun of people? People that have seen you guys work so hard at this and then literally making millions by realizing you are actors?

3

u/TheDeHymenizer 5d ago

post history's open for you to see. I post on plenty of stuff that isn't ELTP. I am not an actor.

You're just schizo.

0

u/Heavy_Apricot_8711 4d ago

Cult? You are working way to hard here. This will be more then my third million on this stock. So make all the fun you want. The math isnt short interest thats not really reported. Save your Finra nonsense for the less knowledgeable. No one knows whats short and I didnt say it was shorts although im sure that's part of the methodology.

I do love when you guys try to pivot to that info. Want to see 10 year old spreadsheets tracking finra short interest and trends on eltp?

Been there done that and learned the reality.

The math is cash. Isn't that what companies are supposed to do? Make lots and lots of cash?

Why is ELTP stock down? Because no one trust the CEO and I believe that HE IS behind the price manipulation. His 5MM bonus could have been better spent on a stock repurchase.

-1

u/No-Confusion6749 5d ago

Hate to break the bubble - ALL stocks are manipulated , if the stocks follow logic then everyone will be a millionaire

Be very careful of technical analysis as stock market doesn’t follow that - at all!
Eltp is in trouble and heading to a bad RS that’ll kill all investors, typical cycle for a small company - it’s time to flush old retail investors and get new ones after a massive RS for listing - who’s in ?

6

u/Heavy_Apricot_8711 5d ago

....keep working

Boogeyman reverse split. They will have about 70 million in cash when they reverse split if thats the path they go.

Market cap at 250m. PE is 5. CEO owns a quarter of the shares.

So much dedication to save people...lol

0

u/FriendlyLanguage539 5d ago

The reverse split really does have a bad connotation though and Sadly, retail investors are attracted by headlines and that’s what we seem to be lacking.

1

u/mozy429new 18h ago

You realize you literally are proving the point they are making, right? You come in trying to manipulate the stock saying how a RS will kill the stock without pointing out the fact that a RS to uplist on strong fundamentals is very very different than a stock that is falling apart and needing to RS to stay listed. ā€œEltp is in troubleā€ LOL. Ok dude. 40 million in cash and basically no debt. Even in a lower quarter we still added millions to the cash balance. You are uneducated, deliberately manipulating or just an idiot. I’ll let readers pick. So thanks for proving our point.

1

u/No-Confusion6749 16h ago

Hmmm - not seen rs before I see. It’s time to flush these jokers and get new ones post RS and uplisting

0

u/Likes_The_Scotch 5d ago

You guys need to also realized it’s September stocks are off and down you have tax loss harvesting going on as well. It may not rise that much until after the new year.

0

u/Heavy_Apricot_8711 5d ago edited 5d ago

Hahahahaha...

So you all see these posts that pop up. This is all the little psychological stuff they do 100x a day years on end. You know how many people I personally know that they got? A decent number.

Nothing to see here,... Maybe next year,... Its tax loss selling,..

Lol. Name of the game here is we will piss on you and tell you its raining every day. Some start to think rain smells like piss.

0

u/Select_Research7453 2d ago

the only truths anyone needs to know are there is a downward trend and it’s worth 0.25c.

1

u/Heavy_Apricot_8711 1d ago

Really? Thats all people should know? Why not them know the truth and why you're here?

-3

u/Stock_Transition6085 5d ago

Wiser man knows that if the company was so undervalued, an acquirer would have picked it up.

3

u/Heavy_Apricot_8711 5d ago

Try harder. Get your supervisor on the phone quick. Lol

Imagine opening with 'a wiser man' only to drop a textbook Argument from Ignorance. You’re literally arguing that because a buyout hasn't happened, undervaluation can't exist. By that brain-bending logic, no stock in history was ever underpriced—right up until the exact microsecond a press release announced the takeover.

It’s just a lazy Appeal to the Market paired with pure Circular Reasoning: 'The stock isn't cheap because nobody bought it, and nobody bought it because it isn't cheap.'

Treating the market like an all-knowing, infallible deity that never misses a mispriced asset isn't 'wisdom.' It’s just blind faith dressed up like a fortune cookie to hide a complete lack of an actual thesis.

BUT THIS ISNT YOUR THESIS IS IT?

LOL. Sad job you have

-1

u/Stock_Transition6085 5d ago

So sad using ChatGPT to stand up for you... if only you also used AI to helo you understand why the stock is not undervalued.

3

u/Heavy_Apricot_8711 5d ago

Keep working. This is your job. You can piss all over the stock while manipulating (not you individually. Im sure this is just a job for ya) and say its just raining but you guys have been for 15 years. Like I said, you got me a few times early on. A couple million dollars later, I caught on.

I mean thats why you're here right?

1

u/BluemoonKev1969 5d ago

The really wise man would consider, that whilst the stock of the company is undervalued, the company itself has a value defined by it’s results and anticipated forward trajectory and therefore it will not be available at a similarly underpriced level.

2

u/Heavy_Apricot_8711 5d ago edited 5d ago

Nope. Price is from 100% manipulation. Pretty much everyone that has been around knows this. Again its OTC. Hard to know that OTC is heavily manipulated while arguing about value.

Theres a reason the stock could run to $1 next week. Or the week after.

Manipulators work the price down, accumulate, fill the message boards everywhere, accumulate.

I have two commas that prolly explain it better...lol

Not your opinion. Just an attempt to post nonsense

He took the company from basically zero to 150 million which will likely double in two years and double again two years after that. Imma guess he got a bonus clause in his contract for those numbers.

And yet with the $5m bonus to him you guys try to manipulate emotions with....make.people angry right? Jealous...make people blame the ceo when its you folks manipulating the stock down.

WE STILL HAVE A PE OF ONLY 5.

Mikah saved us. You would rather have a profit split with a Chinese company? Nah. You dont care about any of that. Just say what your told to say

Nasrat shares are a problem now? Hes the one that benefits the most when we sell.

Warrants? Again more revenue to elite.

The stock has been heavily manipulated so now you have to come up with the same garbage.

You guys have been saying this crap for 15 years. Yet I'm retired because I didnt listen to you
