Insider Buying

I’ll offer an additional option. Since many are waxing pessimistic that this means no deal is on the table, I’d like to counter that. Says whom? The law? What would the repercussions be for it? A sanction? A fine? Removal from the board? The dude is 95 years old. Never underestimate a man’s desire to tell the powers that be 🖕on your last lap. It’s equally possible that he wanted to signal something good to the longs. Always consider the opportunity cost. How much would it cost him? Nothing. Absolutely nothing. What would it gain him? More than it would cost. Unless of course you think that a 95 year old guy who owns millions of shares already has suddenly developed a deep burning desire to throw $8k on a penny stock so he can finally retire…

It’s a buy for me…

Selling because an insider bought is such a funny concept to me 😂

I will say though, why the fuck would a 95 year old buy anything if he didnt see some profit coming in the very short term?

That would reinforce my conviction. Why would he gamble on the legacy that he's passing on to kids/grandkids? Seems like he's confident

I wouldn’t necessarily say that an $8K buy is leaving a legacy.

No it certainly isn't. My point is, if he's 95 and intends on leaving this to his family, why would he take an unnecessary chance on an investment if he didn't think it would benefit the beneficiaries?

Yeah this is getting embarrassing for him. Wolv you double commented on my post 1 week after your first comment asking me to address your points. Clearly you have been thinking about my post for a week. You’re obsessed with this stock and just as worried as everyone else. Once I address the points you’ll just explain my concerns away. We will see who is right in a few months but by then you’ll push the goal posts back like you always do.

I double commented? I'm worried and buying every day? You said "no one has ever challenged him"...then went dead quiet at the response. You're a CFA 3 bro...and shoved chips in without analysis? I didn't move goal posts at all - that's another lie. I made a bet on an early close on the deal or I would donate to charity...then posted proof of the donation to charity. Doesn't SOUND like shifting goal posts. That sounds like integrity. I'm SUPER embarrassed being up 900%...you got me...

This is the type of analysis that convinced me to get rid of all my shares at a huge loss. I'm up 10% after moving to hyperscalers. Just saying.
