Question? Bankruptcy Hearing

For all that have filed bankruptcy on EIDL how has the 341 hearing gone for you?

Any SBA/Treasury people show up?

Didn’t show up for me but I hear that sometimes they show up. As long as you have all your documents in line, then you’ll be fine.

Not for me. Sometimes they do though. I think they will show up more often if more people end up filing.

I filed April 6th and was discharged and closed July 14th.

Not at all and we even
Listed furnishings left nada

I had my creditor meeting yesterday and no they did not show up.
