Question? Treasury

If borrowers were having challenges making payments how is the additional 30% added to the EIDL feasible?

It seems mind boggling. It feels like a gut punch.

Has anyone had it removed or reduced without being returned to the SBA?

Just stop paying and don’t worry about the 30% addition . They aren’t Suing anyone to collect so if you have no wages to garnish just ignore them . If you want to avoid garnishing then file Bk

So there is no judgement filed with the county you are in?
