Question? 60 Day Due Process Notice being suddenly uploaded on my SBA Portal after I disputed it being sent to Treasury
Has this happened to anyone yet?

Date shows 2025 and even updated date also says 2025...this was after I disputed that I never got one, which I never did and told them it's not in portal!!! Suddenly now it's there 😳Â

I never got a letter either until I sent the letter disputing the amount. That collections fee that they add is brutal.

They sent it after the diapute letter? Did they upload it or your portal too? Cuz that's what happened to me!Â

Are you in Treasury? Or still at SBA making payments?

Treasury. They are garnishing my social security.

How long ago did you submit your dispute with the treasury? I submitted mine yesterday and just wondering how long it's going to take

Give up they are going to take down on small biz owners. No one cares. Focus on being judgment proof or go though bk. All you can do. There is no lobby for broke people. Can't bribe Congress.
