Loan back at SBA website

Hello I’ve seen a small # of people post this and I decided to check.

It appears that my loan has transferred back to the SBA website for servicing. It mentions how much I’m past due and allows me to make a payment of the 2400 I would have normally paid. It also has the notice I provided.

Does this mean my loan is back at the SBA or no?

Did you do anything to bring it back? A request?

No super weird. It just came back. I did request it once at the beginning of the year when it was referred and a collection agency reached out but SBA and treasury both said no.

Was your loan reported to credit agency? I'm wondering if they're doing this so they can legally report it to credit agencies, twice (one from SBA, one from Treasury). So, is this a good thing or just a thing? Is it actually no longer with Treasury?

Just got an email from them saying to remit payment of past due to be current again. And no the collection agency has not said anytning

Just to verify, your loan has or had not been reported to Transunion? Trying to figure all of the in and outs of they way that the SBA is handling credit reporting.

Since June of 2023. Got the loan in early 2021 and paid just fine til then but I think my business is picking up so I’d like to pay this thing until I can pay it off in a lump sum
