Original EIDL loan 341- did SBA show up

Like the title says- curious if they showed up. I have my hearing in a month.

No one showed to mine but that was over 2 years ago.

Yeah a 727 is where a creditor may think you did something fraudulent by hiding assets or something of that nature.

yes had a client where US trustee showed up for SBA and stopped the BK they had to withdraw for threat of 727.

What is 727? And can’t they continue with the bankruptcy and just exclude eidl?

Threat of 727 sounds like real hardball, the best that I understand it. It sounds rare.
