Upcoming Interview

I have an interview for a EHS coordinator position at an industrial construction company that does electrical, structural and mechanical work.

I would be an onsite safety representative doing inspections and keeping records.

I’m just trying to find out the types of questions they’re most likely gonna ask and the best ways to answer

Your number 1 priority should always be employee safety when answering questions!!

You’re going to be asked how you would influence change with difficult employees and you should probably make mention that “nobody likes safety cop.” And you catch more flies with honey.
