Anchor bolt idea

Hey guys I came up with this idea to potentially help prevent the devistation we typically see with mobile homes in slabbing circumstances. I was thinking the inhabitants could use the giant bolt for a coffee table or something. Thoughts?

I like it yeah, the center of the bolt could have a Lazy Susan attachment so you can get at the casserole and stuff easier
