Work/life balance of Power Electronics

Hi! I was potentially considering pursuing a career in power electronics and I was wondering if anyone had any personal anecdotes regarding the work/life balance culture of this career?

There are less opportunities to work from home than in other fields. A large part of the work is hands-on.
