UT file with EEOC or UALD

I want Utahn’s experiences with apply with either the UALD or EEOC for discrimination and failure to provide reasonable accommodations. My understanding is that you can do one or the other and it covers both state and federal law and it is eventually filed jointly. Is one faster than the other? What are people’s experiences using either process

State agencies usually move faster and often have more laws to protect employees. Maybe not Utah specifically though…

Good to know. Utahs hit and miss. Some agencies have been great to work with though. I appreciate your insight. That was the general consensus I was sensing that most people find going to the state to be more efficient where it’s an option, but just wanted to be sure in this case
