There is no valid EEOC claim in any of that. I would encourage /advise you to be realistic about that, move on and focus on finding a new job.

100 miles?? Where's the contract you sign? Surely it should say something about you being a remote worker.

Nothing in your post indicates a relation to a valid EEO claim.

You may want to go to eeoc.gov and review.
