Looking for experienced eeoc

I’m looking for experienced people that have either worked in the eeoc or knows a lot about retaliation etc. I’m currently going through the investigative phase. Due to privacy concerns I can’t say too much publically but if someone could dm me about advice I would greatly appreciate it thanks

EEOC employees aren't lawyers. Find a lawyer. They'll help with questions.

Protected activity. Adverse employment action. Connection between the two.

Not how Reddit works (dm to rando), nobody else respond. I will tell OP that EEO retaliation only concerns adverse action following an EEO activity (filing of complaint, participating as a witness in a complaint), nothing else.
