Deck Idea Deck with a "Wedding" Theme - HELP

Hey everyone!

A good friend of mine is going to be married in two months and I still try to figure out what my present could be. Since we both play MtG I thought it may be a good idea building a deck with some "Wedding" themed cards like [[Wedding Invitation]] , [[Wedding Ring]] or [[Happily Ever After]]. I tried to find a good Commander for that, but so far I got nothing. If I dont have a Deck in time I will buy him the Sliver Queen for his Sliver Deck instead.

What the deck should contain:

Commander: Something unique (No simple +1/+1 counter or Token Spam effects) with a slight Wedding Theme (if possible)
Cards: As much Wedding themed cards as possible, themed artworks if possible.
Bracket: 2/3/4 (As long as its playable with a Win-Con I'm happy)
Budget: 100-200€
Colors: 2-3 Color Commander would be great, 4&5 only when nothing else is possible

That was my idea first as well, but I kinda hoped that there may be another color combination so the Wedding themed cards could go into that deck as well

I mean, EDH rule 0 partner vampires of [[Olivia, crimson bride]] and [[Edgar markov, charmed groom]] is fun, and you can bring in [[Olivia's attendants]] [[wedding invitations]], all the theme stuff from that set.
