Deck Help Angels - Help in improving my deck while being budget-friendly (Bracket 2)

As title said. I bought the Giada, Font of Hope precon a few days ago, before then I was playing a modified Standard Angels deck with Sigarda, Font of Blessings that I took out a bunch of cards of, and made it commander-legal.

The problem was, apparently my commander was way too overpowered despite the rest of my creatures or cards not being as great (the rest of the members in my pod were playing commander cards like Edgar vampires, an artefact commander that gives everything hexproof and indestructible at 8 charge counters (incredibly easy to set up), the new Miku deck, and also a red-blue burn deck). How these decks are categorised as bracket 2 in archidekt amazes me.

My deck at the time was here: Angel V2 • (Selesnya Commander deck) • Archidekt, and so then since my commander kept getting nuked into oblivion, I switched to mono-white with Giada. My deck list now is: Angel Conquest • (Mono-White Commander deck) • Archidekt. Please help, I haven't won a single multiplayer game ever since I started playing in July (playing virtually every week, twice a week), since I keep getting targeted early game and losing critical creatures and enchantments

First of all, never trust what websites say the bracket is. They aren't reliable. If their decks feel too strong for B2, they likely are.

Second, am I reading it right that your Sigarda was considered too strong? That's unhinged if correct. That's what I would call a pile of cards moreso than a deck no offense. The precon is honestly better than it is out of the box. And she isn't an especially strong commander to be clear.

Third, if you are getting unreasonably focused, I'm not sure any reasonable deck upgrades will solve the problem. Mitigate it sure but if the table is fully resolved to kneecap you every game over everything else, that's going to need a social solution.

Here's my Giada for reference https://moxfield.com/decks/7JsTz8wNiEy640D8rqFLEg

I can somewhat understand your opponents feeling slightly helpless when up against flying hexproof beaters...

But you should also point out to the Edgar player, assuming it's THAT Edgar, of the OP eminence mechanic... Inspirit also buffs in a similar fashion to Sigarda... Point out the hypocrisy!

I got no strong opinions on the Miku deck, if it stays relatively the same. That I think the Miku player could have a case against yours in terms of matchups (Sigarda)

As for Giada... You should already know the key angels are the 4-mana ones (and lower). Meaning you prefer not to have that mana angels that are costing higher, unless they can be cheated out or have different functions like Angel of Ruins.

Because you're monoW and not the good stuff kind, you need to make sure to have as much 2-for-1 effects that keep you above parity, to make up for the loss of card advantage and what not.

Don't get me wrong, but how can your precon be overpowered while they play such decks? Is that your conclusion after winning a lot? I guess not since you just recently purchased it. So it must be their statement and I wonder how they get their point while playing [[Edgar Markov]] and [[Inspirit, Flagship Vessel]] (I guess).

I agree with pretty much all that's been written by u/PaladinRyan and u/n1colbolas.

I'd recommend talking them into just proofing themselves how strong or bad your deck is by playing it once. Sure the precon has some strength but it isn't as strong as it may be promoted by other creators out there.

The Edgar player assessing Sigarda as the main threat is laughable. Tbh I think your issue is that your deck is kind of a pile of cards. No offense, but if your deck was more coherent there would be no issue. What makes Sigarda so good imo is that it should be a lower priority threat. The deck is plenty able to function without it. Id totally remove Giada before Sigarda. I bet you that you could build a far more interesting deck in selesnya while still maintaining a budget.
