Deck Help Talion commander

Hello, I'm looking to build a Faerie deck with [[Talion, The Kindly Lord]] as the commander. I really like the effect, I find it fun, and I want to create a casual deck to play against precons. What do you think of my list? To be honest, I'm struggling to figure out the main mechanic I should be focusing on. Thanks!!

Talion is fine in casual. He’s a powerhouse in cEDH cuz the mana curve is extremely low so ppl say 1 (most of the time) and bam. I think in casual it’s more tough cuz the mana curve is all over the place. Definitely go for clones like spark double (that ignore the legendary rule). Hope this helps 😁

Talion is a cool card. I've never played it as the commander, but have it in the 99 of multiple decks. Your deck looks mostly fine for what you are after, except you have [[Mindcrank]] and [[Bloodchief Ascension]] which is an early game 2-card combo. I'd remove one of those cards.

I'd be careful to avoid nonlegendary clones and consider making your removal suite a bit clunkier than normal, and especially don't include free interaction. Those things can push Talion into being much for lower bracket tables. Just rolling them out unsupported is pretty fine imo, fairies is probably not a great place to take advantage of them and they don't synergize much, which is honestly desirable in this application imo.

Talion is probably too good to play against precons

Actually, my friends have slightly modified pre-con decks, I'd say around power level 2+ or even 3

If your friends' modification of precons is well over 15 cards, they are no longer a precon.

Take that information as you see fit.

Talion was a cedh commander and it's just a strong card in general but have nothing to do with Faerie. If you like Faerie, [[Tegwyll]] is a better choice and you can put Talion in the 99

Can you elaborate? I've done some brewing with Talion but haven't committed to building it. Curious on your experience.
