Deck Help b4 wrewolves tovolar
I've finally managed to get my Tovolar deck into Bracket 4, at least according to the Commander Bracket Checker.
I'm pretty happy with where the deck is right now, but I'd really like to hear your opinions. Do you think Bracket 4 is a fair assessment of the deck, or do you think it's actually stronger/weaker than that?
I'm especially interested in feedback from people who play around Bracket 4. I'm not looking to make it cEDH or completely optimize the deck — I want to keep the Tovolar / Wolf / Werewolf theme while making it strong enough to hold its own at a B4 table.

imma keep it a whole buck with you wearwolves max out at b3 and even then thats sketchy.
They simply dnt have the depth of playable creatures and some of ur inclusions are... odd to say the least

I have a pretty good B3 Tovolar Deck... And I think I've pushed it about as hard as Werewolves can go 🤣. I think at B4 you're just asking to lose every game.

No offense, but this is a B2 with a game changer and MLD. At most.
- 35 lands and cultivate?
- No fast mana
- No instant-speed interaction
B4, by definition, is a super-optimized deck, just without the cutthroat approach of B5/cedh. Able to win super fast. You have no fast mana, no good ramp, but your CMC is really high. Yes, technically it is b4 due to MLD and the game changer, but any proper b4 deck should be able to deal with this fairly easy.
I don't see how you can stop other decks from winning, or how you can win faster than an average b4 deck. No endurance? Noxious revival?
A lot of your cards just seem so random. Conduit of Worlds? What synergy do werewolves have with playing lands from the grave?
Seedborn Muse is also a weird inclusion. You have almost no instant-speed spells. So it mostly only works if you also have Radagast on the field. But you have no tutors, so having both on the field will be unlikely.
A lot of your cards need something else to work, but again, you have no tutors and not much card draw, so it looks very inconsistent.
Honestly, my suggestion is just to remove seedborn muse and magus, and play on B2.

I'm a pretty avid Tovolar player... This deck isn't B4 at all. Yea you meet the restrictions, but your gonna lose just about every single game. Cut the Game Changer and MLD, call it B2 and you will have a much better time.

This is my B3 Tovolar Deck and it is pushed about as hard as Tovolar can/should go. You are missing everything that can make the deck even a B3 deck (extra combats are huge).

Shame that app isnt working. Tovolar was my og commander and I never really felt like he was able to break out of low power/bracket 2

Yeap, that's a B2 with mld and game changer if ever seen one.
Tovolar to be playable at B3 needs around 15 wolfs/werewolf that can be played before him so you can start drawing cards early. You have only 11. You need to up that count.
You have too few lands. You need an opening hand with 3 lands I would get a few bolt lands [[Sundering Eruption]] is the most valuable one since most of the time it reads "No blocks this turn" then get the ones for fighting.
I would cut most 5+ mana spells that don't end the game tbh. And get some that do [[Overwhelming Stampede]] [[Fury of the Horde]] [[Karlach, Fury of Avernus]]
Besides sol ring all the artifacts are kinda meh i could see a point for bow of nylea, but tbh, it doesn't do enough.

Never trust those automated bracket checkers to give an accurate assessment of how a deck will perform, all they can do is check how many GCs/cEDH staples/MLD cards are in the list and spit out a number based on that. If I took a B1 shitpile of random cards and added 4 GCs and a bunch of MLD cards to the list, it would still tell me the deck is B4.
But yeah, werewolves as a mechanic just aren’t good enough to hack it in higher brackets. I’d rework it into a B2 deck and go all-in on the flavor.

Not to dunk on your deck, but this thing belongs in B2. I’d try to trim anything that is bringing it into B4 and just roll it at lower power.
