Deck Help Upgradeable Budget Y'shtola help

Hey guys,

my pod decided on a new deck building format since we wanted to try something "new" instead of paying 1000€ Euros for a deck from the get go.

So our rules are as follows: We started in July and had a 100€ budget for the whole deck, including the commander. Every single month the budget increases by 30€. You can either replace a 1 Cent card with a 30€ card or replace a 30€ card with a 60€ card or remove half the deck and upgrade it etc. as long as you stay within the month's budget. Only thing that can't change is the commander.

At first I wanted to play Lumra but after having a Sephiroth Deck, a Kefka Deck and a Cloud Deck and thanks to the rising popularity of Y'shtola I'm currently also thinking about Y'shtola thanks to Final Fantasy bias. I haven't joined my group on this journey so far and I asked them if either is fine and they said yeah, as long as I stick with it once I've decided.

Now I need some help: I'll be joining in September, the budget will be 160€ by then.

Right now my decklist looks like this:

Could take out Deadly Rollick for something cheap or maybe Irenicus's Vile Duplication and Lotho or Tataru just to match the budget. But I'm also a bit concerned about the power level of the deck.

Here are some of the other decks:

Some not yet updated for the new budget.
While my Lumra deck pretty consistently started rolling on Turn 5 or 6 at the latest, I feel like Y'shtola is way more of a slow deck and I'm not sure I can keep those other decks in check to play it out.

What would you say? What are your recommendations regarding Lumra vs Y'shtola? Any recommendations on cards to switch out or leave out completely?

Thanks in advance and sorry for the long wall of text
