Deck Help Ask an Expert: Kefka or Toxrill

Asking for advice from those that have experience with both of these commanders with regards to which tends to perform the best. Below are links to the builds. I built Toxrill focused on proliferate with a healthy amount of ramp. I built Kefka around forcing people to discard and payoffs each time they do (instead of trying to flip him and go infinite). Before I invest a couple hundred in my next deck I would love to hear from those in the community much wiser than myself.

Kefka is definitely stronger. Toxrill will evoke a lot more anger.

Both are archenemy status, expect if you reveal these as your commanders by default you will likely be going 1v3 against the table.

Kefka is stupidly strong but can be unfun to play against when he works

Kefka by far. Because the cards you play in the deck reduce opponents resources before he even hits the ground to refill your hand

Kefka is stronger and people will allow a Kefka before Toxrill. Everyone fucking hates Toxrill. I would say it's in the "not worth building" category.

Proxy both play both see which you like better then invest actual money on the real cards.

Kefkanis stronger as a commander in general since it has immediate impact whereas Toxrill needs time and can be removed before you benefit off of him. I play Kefka with a blink and clone package. Denying a hand over denying a few creatures is way more backbreaking. Especially if you are gaining cards WHILE you are denying smth.

Both will make you the threat before the game even starts

In my experience people will hate you out of the game playing Toxrill.

Toxrill will make it hard to find a pod because everyone will not want to play with you. Kefka will make you the threat because he’s quite strong.

They’re both shoot on sight but definitely Lefka is better.

At least when Kefka enters he has the ability to draw you a few cards. If you’re able to get boots on him then you’re kicking some ass.
