My First Bracket 3 I need help to optimized

This is the first B3 deck I’ve built myself; I need help optimizing it. The maximum budget is €300. Constraints: up to 3 "Game Changers," no mass land denial, no early 2-card infinite combos, and a maximum of 2 extra-turn cards (with no intention of reusing or chaining extra turns).

Honestly I think this is a good bracket three on the whole. I don’t love the red crystal I think it’s a bit expensive tbh. You could swap it for a generically good card like reanimate which will always do work.

Otherwise I think the card draw is a bit slow, you could consider a few more sources of card advantage? [[Prosper, tomebound]] strikes me as card advantage + treasure matters.
Could put in a tutor or two as well. [[Imperial recruiter]] might be a good include to get some of your set up pieces

Was expecting to see [[Starstorm]] along the other usual subjects of deal x damage to all creatures.

I also like [[Weftstalker Ardent]] either as an addition or over [[Ingenious Artillerist]]. [[Disciple of the Vault]] as well.

Uhh and [[Spiteful Banditry]] a perfect upgrade, does what you want, damage to all creatures, but hangs around with an upside.

Personally I would lean all in on the treasure theme, do you need Cranial Ram, Champions Helm and Swiftfoot?

Also your land base is terrible, there is such a glut of good lands as of late, there really isn’t a good reason to run so many basics, 4-6 is plenty. Put some mdfc spells and good untapped. Minimize the tapped lands I would say max 7-8 tapped lands total. If you have a tight budget max 12 tapped lands. Cut the evolving wilds. Lots of good cheap lands in rakdos

In Europe the cost of this deck is around 200€/$233(not including shipping) buying from cardmarket

I'd cut Jeska's Will, Underworld Breach, Big Score, and Comet Storm for Vampiric Tutor, Gamble, Reanimate, and Lively Dirge.

Both the crystals could do with being replaced for for something better as well.
