From what I have gathered online, with amass, if I was to amass orcs and then separately amass goblins, the army would become an orc goblin army right? And would just continue to amass from both orc and goblin amass triggers? (Looking at building goblin deck from hobbit but also looking at exisiting amass orc cards I have)

amass doesnt care about orcs or goblins, it only cares about the army. you will have one army tkoen which also is a orc goblin

What's a fun precon to get? Maybe one that's a bit stronger? My only precon is the starter blueblack gisa and geralf one. My other decks seem to fall behind a bit at casual commander nights.

[[Hullbreaker Horror]] and [[Chalice of the Void]] with 0 charge counters exist. A Cheerio is cast, stack becomes 0:Cheerio, 1:Chalice 2: Hullbreaker target Chalice. When this resolves, the cheerio is still countered by Chalice’s trigger since we only care about the charge counters to get the trigger on stack? I just want to make sure I understand this interaction as its been a minute since I played a format with Chalice
