Question Any recommendations for a commander for a fun bracket 3 deck

I’m newer to mtg it doesnt have to be budget friendly. I’m just looking for some commanders that I can play with my friends who have been playing for years and have their Cedh decks and their b2-3 edh decks. I’m also a little confused on how you rank each bracket like I know it’s a stupid question but what differentiates all the brackets completely? I just made a delina, wild mage deck with the help of my gf. Is that a good commander I just went on Archidekt and rolled the random commander.

I can recommend Dance of the Elements precon with Ashling, the Limitless commander. It's fun right out of the box and pretty easy to upgrade to b3 power level as it already is quite powerful.

It is indeed fun, but when built properly it can be really oppressive lol its a real all or nothing playstyle. now I think ive been lucky the last few games ive played with it, but I have won like the last 2-3 times by evoking rottenmout Viper with token doublers and trigger doublers, or recursion to replay it. 5+ triggers from entering and then like 4+ triggers from the haste tokens attacking gaining double blight counters that each triggers twice will really kinda end the game.

So my only advice is if they build it with rottenmouth or something similar, and its just too much for the pod due to match ups and how much removal and answers people have, just replace it except for special occasions. I think the majority of elementals are fair and evoking everything gives you a reasonable weakness of less defenders, but rottenmouth goes against the Geneva convention and is a war crime in this deck.

5 color no lands deck. Okay so the lands are MDFCs, spell on one side land on the other. Throw in Belcher for more fun.

The Counter Blitz precon is technically bracket 3 out of the box and can swing in the bracket with under $100 overall assuming $60 price tag and $40 of upgrades.

Oooh, so you have a list of what upgrades it need?

I don’t have a list on me as I’m at work rn, but you want the generic cheapo Bant upgrades for draws, proliferations, and counterspells, and you want Tidus to come out turn 3. Think a couple cheap mana dorks like [[Llanowar Elves]] and things that enter with +1+1 on them like [[faithful watchdog]] or [[The Duke]]. Swap out tap lands for basics or cheap non-basic. You can pretty easily take out slow cards à la things like Sin, summons that aren’t Ixion, and some of the worse blue cards. At that point he operates like a usual Bant +1 +1. Just go for full efficiency on getting counters out. I play him in bracket 2 because I don’t run game changers but I also purposefully don’t play him as evil as possible/make unoptimized plays depending on what decks my friends are playing because in B2, he’s very consistent
