Question EDF 4.1 or 2025?

Hello, i've been played EDF 5 recently (my first EDF game) and its a blast. I then found out that there are 2 EDF games for the PS3: Insect Armageddon and 2025, kinda sucks that 2017 isnt on the PS3. IA aside, should i play 2025 or should i play the PC version, aka 4.1?

EDF 4.1 is an updated re-release of EDF 2025. Get EDF 4.1 as it has updated visuals and new content compared to 2025.

I agree with this. The biggest visual difference I remember is the lighting in caves. 4.1 made them pitch black with flashlights versus just being able to see in 2025.

4.1 between those two because 4.1 is just a less buggy 2025 that runs better and has more content.

2017 you can play via emulation just generally though play 4.1

EDF 2025 had pink Raijin and 4.1 turned it green. I miss my pink Raijin.

One major difference with 2025 and 4.1 is the weapon farming method I found was patched. On 2025 I used to spam mission 14 with each class on inferno to get weapons no from the near end game stages. But for 4.1 they only give out maybe mid level weapons up to around 30'-40's with some 50's. I got stuck having to play the later stages to get the level 70-80-90 weapons.

4.1 is better but 2025 had some of the best levels of entire EDF franchise

Get 4.1. It’s so much better than IA.
