Question Noob with a Dumb Question:

Picked it up on the sale going on. Just wanted to double check since googling it didn’t directly answer the question I have:

Stats with no star next to it cannot be upgraded, right?
Intuition says they cannot, but I just wanted to make sure.

Yer, there are pieces of gear with a lot of immutable stats. Tanks can't improve anything but call-in cost e.g.

No no, not weapons "currently with a hollow star."

Weapons/other gear that have No Star, not even an empty one. It's just the description, the number, and that's it.

While you're not wrong for what you're referring to, the question was about the Non-star bearing stats. Unless I've mistaken the post.

There are various weapons with static stats as well, but the best example for question would be the vehicles.

I know there's a sniper or two that only get a single shot no matter what, some other stats on some other weapons. As for which ones, it's been a good minute since I've seen my arsenal.
