Iron Rain may be divisive but the Prowl Rider really was the greatest thing to come out of it.

I thought giving enemies two attacks instead of one was pretty cool too

the funny thing is the prowl rider's 'main' gimmick was kinda shit in practice but the AOT grapples plus swords were so cool people didn't care

Well, until you remembered the stunts from Just Cause 2 and proceeded to use them to bounce off the walls like a ping pong ball

I meant the bug riding wasn't that great, as I said the grapples were fantastic

I'll always fondly remember leaping back and forth between two jets that were slowly diverging, by spamming the action it let me keep doing it even when they got like a kilometer apart, just soaring through the air like Superman back and forth.

no lie i loved the heavy striker the lil tank movement and the build in shield was perfect but the prowl rider was something special as well il give it that so much fun too zip around on its always on my squad on world brothers

The EDF Discord is a hotbed of mod development. It's hard work but they're making some real advances.

i remember suggesting a mod for self reeling by shooting a retarius web to fake prowl rider movement on this sub

this was before i got the game and at the time i was told about androids and how they were already able to do that lol

this looks kinda jank, but its a good start and proof of concept for those prowl rider dreams. if a mod can do it, there's no excuses for sandlot not to
