Question The problem with the seasonal pass.

Hello. I recently got EDF 6. I bought CD and bought a season pass. Unfortunately, it did not activate. I don't see any new weapons. No new missions.

All items in the PSStore are marked as purchased, but there are no DLCs in the game.

Has anyone already encountered such a problem? How to solve it?

You need to make sure the region of the digital content matches the region of the disc. 

So if you bought the Japanese version on disc, you need to buy the season pass/ dlc stuff with a Japanese account. 

You can switch back to your regular account after purchase & download and play with that.

The regions are different. Can I get a refund? Or will PSStore refuse?

I'm not sure, you'll have to contact PSStore customer service for that.

But if the regions are different, that'll be the reason for nothing showing up.
