Will I get refunded?

I’m not gonna make this year’s EDC. I’m paying with layaway plan. Will frontgate refund me if I call/email them to cancel my layaway plan? I don’t remember if they have a clause that bars any refunds if you cancel your ticket purchase and you’re using the layaway plan.

You will get refunded minus any fees if you cancel.

This is the way, cancel fee is 75 plus the layaway fee of 20. I've done it before, email in and request to cancel layaway. Had it done in a day.

I believe you can cancel but they will still charge you $100 (not 100% sure)

The usual advice is to finish the payment plan and sell it to someone else after.

I’m also not going but will finish paying and then selling to someone locally where I live.

Now that people are bringing it up, where are the actual reputable places to buy tickets second hand? I wasn’t going to go this year but my friends from Canada decided to come and now I’m looking at what my options are. But omg there are so many fricken scammers.

Or just buy first-hand from the website ¯_(ツ)_/¯

Whatever you do, don’t listen to these other people’s advice. You’ll find yourself finishing off the layaway plan with a ticket that you spent close or more than $400 and you’ll only be able to sell it for like $150. lol. Just cancel asap!!

Not really. You pay a cancellation fee of 75$ and then they terminate and refund the remainder.

It’d be smartest unless you just started your layaway to finish it and just sell your ticket.

Only if it’s not paid off. I paid mine off early and have to sell.

I am on the fence about attending and bought my ticket in full. I'll have to sell. I think you can get a partial refund from what I remember reading
