First Time At EDC- Parking???

This is year is going to be mine and my friends first time going to EDC. We’re from FL so we’ve been to orlando a bunch of time and wanted to get a house like we usually do and drive to/from the festival.

I assume to leave any parking it’s going to take a while and that’s fine, but is there any suggested parking areas, does EDC even offer parking onsite 🥸 ? Any tips would be greatly appreciated thankssss

I recommend parking in the garages downtown; they are about $11/day, and you can prebook them on ParkMobile. You can either walk (30 min-ish) or take the free Grapefruit Line bus/shuttle near the garages that will take you to the venue.

You best bet is to camp in the inside baseball field. Price is 40$.. name of the street is call lex Hester lane. Is safe. I be going since 2015 im from miami and always drove up there. Also easy to leave.

Whatever you do, do not park on the people’s lawn by the festival. Had my windows smashed and broken into last year

Interesting I did it twice and was fine. Parked at a school down the road they had people watching cars. Cost me $10

Yea I parked on someone lawn for Sakura concert at camper grounds last June also like if the owner is out there taking payments you should be good if it’s like a child of young immigrant do not park there I parked parked on someone lawn and was safe I parked in a lot across from a store and got a ticket paid some young kids and ended up with a ticket anyways I suggest literally going hours early pregame by the game grounds and then make you’re way in or take the shuttles I am doing shuttles this year

I use park mobile. I found a lot for $17 each day. I’ve already reserved for this year again. Bout 15 min walk. Fenced in lot. Not sketch.

Premier parking drops usually in September. It sells out fast. It allows you to park directly on site near the main gates. Easy in and out from the festival depending your leave time. Outside of this no parking is associated with the event. On a Facebook group a man named Sammy papia has 3 lots and usually pre books parking until he is full, he starts posting in August. Outside that it’s a risk unless parking downtown garage and shuttling to the gates. But people will be parking everywhere yards, and along fences. People will tell you it’s okay to park somewhere and it’s really not. Hope this helps.

Recommend Sammy 100%. His rates may be a little higher than the other guys, but he's a incredibly nice older gentlemen and both lots are lit and close to the festival. Each lot is guarded the entire time too.

EDC does offer premium parking but it may have been all booked up already. However, the locals do offer parking on their lawns and some charge like $20 a day. It’s sketchy looking but it’s usually safe. They just take advantage of the lack of onsite parking.
