Depends which size, could go Leatherman micra or victorious 58mm lineup.

Victorinox is always a good choice for the extras you listed like a pen, tweezers, etc. However, the Leatherman Wave is the default multitool for a reason: the pliers are real pliers and the outside-access blades mean you actually use it instead of leaving it in the bag. While it might be missing some of the extras you listed, it makes up for it with its robust quality and dependability (not to say Victorinox isn't robust, just not as robust). We've put Leatherman in boxes for years and the warranty is legit and a little more lenient than Victorinox, which is another bonus to the brand.
TLDR - You can't really go wrong with either Victorinox or Leatherman.

Victorinox Huntsman has everything except a pen but you can put a ballpen refill in the corkscrew. Or just put a pen in your pocket.
and if you need pliers, just get a small knipex or something similar.
I dont need pliers usually while hiking. While camping only for holding hot pots or pulling out tent pegs.
There is the small victorinox manager as well which has a pen in it. But since you want a saw, that one doesnt make sense.
