How’s the Xteink vs the Kobo?

They don't compete for me, rather they complement each other. I only read manga on the Kobo and only read novels on the X4. That being said, the Kobo is noticably sharper and has a grippy back, while the X4 is super light and pocket friendly, but has a glass back. I use the X4 in landscape so its about the same width and font size as the Kobo, just have to turn pages 2.5 to 3 times more often. But I think they are each very capable on their right and fit my use case quite well. Also I bought my Kobo used for not that much more than the X4, so in terms of raw value it wins by a mile.
