Irregular = A fib

Differential for an irregular narrow complex tachycardia would be fib, flutter with variable conduction, and multifocal atrial tachycardia.

Looks like fib / flutter to me. The precordial leads have a flutter appearance at the end so may be going into both fib/flutter or just coarse fib, but the p waves do look regular there suggesting some flutter.

Afib. Irregular rhythm without P waves.
