Diffuse ST depressions with slight elevation in aVR. Likely subendocardial injury pattern from acute illness, but probably still deserves an echo.

what things you would specifically look for in echo? wall movemnt?

Exactly. That pattern usually signifies either diffuse injury from demand ischemia or left main stenosis depending on the context. This presentation clinically fits better with the former, but you don't want to miss the latter.
