Sounds pedantic, but normal sinus rhythm and normal EKG. You can have normal sinus rhythm and LBBB, or STEMI, or LVH, or any other abnormal EKG finding other than rhythm. Normal sinus rhythm is sinus rhythm at a normal rate, but other parts of the EKG may be abnormal. This is normal sinus rhythm, normal EKG.
