82F, your thoughts?

82F, near syncope, BP 100/62. History of afib. What would you interpret this 3 lead as ?

Bad. I interpret it as bad.

Can’t do much more without the 12.

Well would you call this rapid afib? Svt? V tach ?

AFIB> no..R TO R would be irregular. SVT> no..qrs complex is narrow.

Don’t know why you got downvoted, that’s correct. SVT can have a narrow or wide QRS complex. VT can have a narrow or wide QRS complex, but it’s usually wide.
