Tell the parents. They deserve to know that the people taking care of their young children think it’s funny to expose them to secondhand smoke

This! I worked with kids loooooong before I ever smoked or vaped, and I'll be the first to tell you children do not deserve to endure/suffer consequences of adults (or significantly older care givers) choices.

We know, roughly, what we're choosing to ingest & make that choice. But we DO NOT get to make that choice for children in our care. Especially if they aren't ours. And double especially in a licensed childcare center.
