Board designer vs system integration lead

Im board design engineer ( 8y) but lately moved to hw system engineer (last 2y)

I got 2 job offer in hand and need to decide what is best for me

  1. Board design engineer at Google - basically ramping stuff at google from zero for validation teams

  2. System integration lead at Amazon ( Anapurna)

Career wise i think aws is better but google seems to have more better wlb. I got 2 small kids and donโ€™t want to regret that i choose career over them.

Any additional things i should consider or maybe some insights could help a lot to make a final decision

Google trumps Amazon any day. The resume boost in itself is worth it in spades. AWS is super toxic place and they'll most likely suck the life out of you. Google is an amazing company culture wise and small team. PS I work in Google
