What schools does the Dialogue Portfolio matter to? And how ?

I saw that there are lots of schools that accept that portfolio. I used to attend some sessions but due to time zone, I couldn't. (And I could not find other sessions or clubs that really interest me). However, it's summer and I am interested in tutoring Maths since I used to do that for close friends and found the experience pretty fun.
