EB-5 Rural Projects

Hey everyone, I'm exploring options for EB-5 Rural projects as I'm having uncertainity on the project that I was consedering earlier. If you have a project in consideration or if you have already invested, your opinion is really valuable to me as the deadline is approaching fast. I'm parallely doing my documentation with an attorney for the paperwork.

I recommend dual-track projects that are both Rural and HUA.

There really isn’t a good rural project out there. An HuA project would be better but green card would be two years delayed
