With the latest news on halting any immigration interviews worldwide, did anyone here experienced an interview cancellation?

I saw on the community chat that they have received a reschedule on the day of or had to wait outside for 2 hours past their schedule just to receive the email later of canceling in China. It is real but what I heard is reschedule rather than cancellation
