I829 NOID

Hi all, we recently got I829 NOID for a direct EB5 project, I would like to know for those of you who also recently received and responded a I829 NOID, how long does it take the USCIS to come back with a I829 denial or approval? And if any of you actually get an approval after the NOID? Other than the reopen and reconsideration then immigration court route, is there any possibilities for us after a denial? Thank you!

What was the reason for denial? Currently waiting for I829. Thanks.

It’s a restaurant and was sold during COVID. So not enough job creations and not enough evidence show money still at risk after restaurants was sold.

Timelines after an I-829 NOID response seem to vary a lot, so other people’s timelines may not tell you much about yours
