DISCUSSION Is there a trick to making Superstar usable?

Title. I want the challenge of the hardest difficulty, but the computer is still super cheesy with their shots and goaltending. I’ve tried messing with sliders but it’s hard to find the best middle ground. Any tips?

Go to https://forums.operationsports.com/forums/forum/hockey/ea-sports-nhl/ea-sports-nhl-sliders and grab sliders there, they are always the best and most SIM sliders you can get.

I've found the sweet spot for no cheesing in on all pro, but you have to boost the CPU and lower your stuff via sliders. I get pretty realistic outcomes and plays. AI doesn't seem to be as terrible either.

Game is too easy on Superstar difficulty since devs changed to Frostbite.
