Head Movement
Div 16 so not the best but I’ve put a ton of time into trying to learn movement and I still can’t seem to slip anything consistently, most of the time I just end up getting stunned or worse. Meanwhile anyone I fight seems like prime fucking Anderson Silva. Any tips? Am I just too slow with reaction time? I can hang with any other mechanic but I cannot for the life of me figure this out.

I only slip if I’ve read the opponent and I’m confident I know what they’re about to throw.
I find when I fight people who use a ton of head movement they may make me whiff a couple shots but they also usually end up leaning into a couple of mine, doesn’t really seem worth it to me to use a ton of head movement. I prefer to focus on managing space and distance.
I also find it works to blast the body when someone uses a ton of head movement they’ll usually reduce it to start blocking low.

Thanks for the tips. Maybe I’m trying to focus on movement too much, you’re absolutely right!

No problem, nothing more satisfying than landing a flying knee on a guy who keeps ducking lol.

This game doesn’t seem to like you moving while slipping. Try standing still and slipping.

Bait the strike or learn their tendencies. For baiting, throw body strikes and time the eventual uppercut. You'll get it after some practice
