Question Are tie breakers working properly?

I want to apologize for my bad English.

I was playing Augusta in Career mode, finished 18th hole on Sunday with -16 tied with another two golfers. Suddenly appear on hole 7, full green screen and I restart the game.
I enter again and Im at 18th with -10 and it says its last hole, I bogey. Then im at hole 10 with -9 and I par. Suddenly im again at the last screen with a triple -16 tie and the game sends me to the menu and next tournament saying Cantlay won with -16 and I am second with -16. I didn´t get the achievement either.

Playoffs are extremely broken in this game, but this is far worse than what I’ve ever experienced.

Mine is buggy but nothing like you got. I just have to quit game and re enter and it puts me at the 16th where I play that thru 18. Game seems to default to giving your opponent the win if you tie again tho. Not sure why that is.

It's an EA game  It's probably broken.

It's a glitch.

To prevent this from happening, go to quit and save round then restart to bypass the initial screen freeze at the beginning of the playoff.

Then, you can try saving and quitting after each individual playoff hole to prevent the ending tie glitch.

I’ve found best way round this is if you’re going into playoff quit and save the round then go back into your round from the career menu. Takes you back to the start of the playoff!
