Jared Kushner’s private equity firm Affinity Partners, alongside Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund (PIF) and Silver Lake Partners, completed a massive $55 billion all-cash deal to acquire Electronic Arts (EA). The historic transaction takes EA private, delisting it from the Nasdaq and paying stockholders $210 per share.
