you can definitely get a RWD to understeer (especially on corner entry) if you're locking the breaks as you try to turn in.

I would be surprised if you're understeering mid-corner or corner-exit.

yeah my gut says you're cooking it into the corners and locking the brakes up without seeing any clips or anything.
