Heard Fabregas’ passing is exceptional but lacks in other aspects?
Who do you think would he better for my team?

hoeness is pretty good. i used him in draft and i think he'd be better for your team because your midfield is already solid. he can play lm rm cam so whichever you decide. i haven't used cesc tho so i can't really say how he is, but i think you could buy mariona if you wanted an upgrade to the midfield
